Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee cross-functional projects that connect LexEnergy’s technology, operational strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for leading projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute key projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery
• Work closely with the operations team to align projects with installation, logistics, and scaling efforts
• relationships with customers, suppliers, and other external partners, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution
• Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows, optimize resources, and enhance execution
• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the deployment and operationalization of LexEnergy’s solutions in new markets, ensuring smooth rollouts
• Ensure projects align with LexEnergy’s scalability, growth strategy, and vision

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution, preferably within energy, mobility, or infrastructure
• Strong ability to plan, structure, and lead projects, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes
• Experience working closely with operations teams, ensuring efficient execution of large-scale projects

• Ability to break down challenges, analyze key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions
• Experience working in a smaller company or scaleup environment, understanding the fast-moving dynamic and the need to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks beyond a defined job description

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to align internal teams and external partners
