LexEnergy is strengthening its board with the appointment of Per Holmblad and Bengt Persson, adding deep expertise in business transformation, industrial scaling, operational excellence and international growth at a pivotal stage in the company’s journey
The appointments further strengthen an already experienced board and support LexEnergy’s next phase of development, with focus on stronger commercial execution, scaled delivery capacity and accelerated international growth.
Strengthening LexEnergy for the next phase
Per Holmblad brings extensive experience from leading transformation and development in complex industrial environments, with a strong background in automotive, manufacturing and operational improvement. He currently serves as Vice President at Capgemini Invent and has previously held senior roles at EY and Accenture, where he worked closely with major industrial and automotive clients across Europe and China. His experience spans business transformation, supply chain, customer-facing development and large-scale operational programs in both Europe and Asia.
Bengt Persson adds more than two decades of international leadership experience from senior roles in quality, performance and operations across global industrial companies. His background includes executive positions at GE Renewable Energy, ABB, Aker Solutions, Rolls-Royce, Wärtsilä, General Motors and Saab. He has led large international organizations, built quality and performance functions at scale, and driven measurable improvements in productivity, operational control and customer value. He is also formally appointed as Board Member at LexEnergy.
Together, Per and Bengt bring perspectives that are highly relevant to LexEnergy’s direction going forward. As the energy market continues to evolve, the ability to combine customer value, reliable delivery and scalable execution will be increasingly important.
Their combined experience will support LexEnergy in building a stronger commercial platform while continuing to expand its capacity to deliver in new markets.
